Questions
Why not just use Todoist with my assistant?
Because of what comes back. Ask tidemind for 25 minutes at low energy and you get three tasks that fit, ranked, plus the number that don’t. Ask Todoist through an assistant and you get your tasks read back; the ranking is left to the language model.
Do I need to know GTD to use tidemind?
No. tidemind uses five GTD lists (next actions, waiting for, scheduled, someday, reference) and a weekly review, but the app asks one question per item and suggests the answer. If you know GTD, everything is where you expect it. If not, you learn it by emptying your inbox.
Where is my data stored?
On OVH servers in Limburg, Germany, inside the EU. There is no transfer to US providers. You can export everything as JSON or CSV from Settings at any time and delete your account with one click.
What does tidemind cost?
Nothing while the beta runs. Everything is included for everyone, with no card and no limits. After the beta a free tier stays, Solo costs €3 a month and Team €6 per person a month, VAT included. Anyone who joined during the beta is asked first and never switched over automatically.
What does “beta” mean for my data?
That features are still moving, not that your data is at risk. Everything lives on OVH servers in Limburg, Germany, is backed up daily, and you can export all of it as JSON or CSV at any time. If something breaks, it is a bug and it gets fixed — the changelog above is dated so you can check the pace yourself.
